Seung is a brand new landlord in his 30’s who has recently started using RentBetter to manage his very first property.

What made Seung try self-management from the get-go? 

Seung said that he did some research and had initially got quotes from agencies. Looking over the proposals he said that the overall cost (around 10% factoring in associated fees) didn’t seem to match up to the work involved and the benefits.
