Create bond details
Fill out the bond details and attach any related documents you would like to share with your tenant.
Send bond details to your tenant
Choose to immediately send the bond details to your tenant or save these to send at a later date. Your tenant will be notified and will receive the bond details on their RentBetter dashboard.
Tenant pays bond
Your tenant will be able to pay their bond via RentBetter. Their payment status will be shown on your RentBetter 'My Properties' dashboard. You can also upload any bond-related documents for your personal record.
