Book a Condition Report or Routine Inspection

The Condition Report records the general state of the condition of your property on a room by room basis, including fittings and fixtures. They are completed at the commencement of every tenancy and when the tenancy ends. 

You should also be inspecting your property routinely throughout the tenancy to ensure your property is being taken care of.

Run Tenant Checks
